ALEXANDER WANG X H&M
Alexander Wang is to be the next designer to create a collection for H&M. Wang joins the likes of Isabel Marant and Donatella Versace who are among other of the Swedish retailer’s recent collaborators. The designer, who is currently at the helm of Balenciaga made the announcement via a video he posted on Instagram yesterday (which you can see by clicking here). “I am honoured to be a part of H&M’s designer collaborations,” Wang said, “This will be a great way for a wider audience to experience elements of the Alexander Wang brand and lifestyle.” This “wider audience” Wang speaks of is sure to include the basement dwelling fashion groundlings of Ten Towers. His line of apparel and accessories is set to hit the shelves of over two hundred H&M stores around the world on 6th November. So if, Antony, on this day, we disappear from our desks for an extended lunch break, you’ll know why.
